DDS: £4,000,000 Office Fit-Out

In 2006, 11.04 were long-listed for this project together with 9 leading international office design specialists –
despite 11.04 never having carried out a commercial office design. Against the odds, 11.04 won the competition and went on to win almost every design award for office space the following year. The Contractor described the integral Data Centre as the best in the world – it was used as a feature back-drop to the reception area to greet visitors on arrival and reinforce the expertise and brand of the company.
