A twenty-something single man purchased an off-plan, generic flat prior to fit-out, with an option to employ his own architect to design the final fit-out. 11.04 were appointed and worked with the client to design his dream home – a 1 bed + workspace entertainment space. It was clear from the brief the client’s primary objectives and therefore numerous subtle design devices were employed to facilitate the clients wicked plans. These included a two-person bath surrounded by glass blocks which projected through the wall into the entrance lobby to create mystery and intrigue, with maximum impact on entry.
