The lessons learnt from this 5 year, £150,000 per year, tax-free gain, helped inform Chris Roche’s book: The Property Developer’s Handbook (Haynes Publishers) and are part of an annual lecture given to RIBA Part 3 Final Students at Westminster University. Chris is keen to facilitate his client’s becoming mortgage free whilst maximizing the value of their homes through a low-risk development process. Similarly, Chris is seeking to encourage students to use their professional talents to pioneer Shared-Ownership, and Co-Development Housing
to provide affordable innovative housing types for the 21st Century.
